About
FetchLabs is an independent consulting practice built around one engineer's experience designing, running, and defending infrastructure that has to hold up under real pressure.
I'm a senior infrastructure security engineer with a decade of experience spanning platform engineering, site reliability, DevOps, and security operations. That work has taken me across the full stack of a modern platform — provisioning and operating cloud infrastructure, building the CI/CD systems that ship it, and defending the workloads that run on top of it.
A portion of my background is in federal cybersecurity work, where I operated in high-stakes environments with strict operational and compliance requirements. That experience has shaped how I think about threat models, defense in depth, and what "secure by default" actually has to mean in practice.
Today that experience translates into consulting engagements focused on zero-trust network design, cloud platform architecture, and security engineering — helping teams build systems that are both easier to operate and harder to compromise.

FetchLabs is led by a single practitioner, not a bench of rotating consultants. For a closer look at the engineering work behind the practice, visit my personal portfolio.
